I’ve been searching for an LS powered Holden or Chev in their native lands of South Africa and Australia for years, but as you’ll know if you’ve traveled to either of those countries, cars do not age the same way they do in Japan. So in at least 5 years of searching I’ve turned up nothing that has gotten me excited. Until Now! When I spotted this LS1 for sale in Japan, I jumped on it!

This is a 2004 Holden Ute, SS, generation 3 LS1 5.7L V8, automatic rear wheel drive. The Ute is short for utility, and the LS1 is short for tread wear!
