This is a 1997 Mitsubishi Pajero Jr. It is not a kei class car, but it’s dimensions are very similar (it is small!) at only 3.5m long and 1.55m wide. This Pajero is powered by a 1.1L 4cyl 16v engine, producing about 80hp. There is a 3sp automatic transmission, selectable 4WD and a Hi-Lo transfer. It is a very capable 4×4, which makes up for the fact that it isn’t a race car!

With it’s classic Pajero lines, the black on beige paint scheme looks sharp and has aged well. There are some minor blemishes noted in the video tour, but the paint is original and shows no re-spray or UV. Inside, the condition well represents it’s 63,000km with minimal wear and well preserved trim and upholstery. The power windows, power mirrors, AC are all functioning, as is the digital compass, altimeter display on the dash-top. The engine bay and underfloor are in excellent condition with clean bolt heads and no rust any where underneath.
