This Odyssey might just be one of the most obscure Hondas to come out in the 1990’s. Production of these was extremely limited; it is not a coachbuild but in fact a Honda in-house production. This Field Deck is on an RA3 Odyssey chassis.
The RA3 Odyssey is a front wheel drive, front engine 4speed automatic with an F23A SOHC 4cyl making 150ps at 5600rpm.
The interior is a typical 7 seater Odyssey layout with buckets in front, a bench of three seats in the middle, and a 2 seat bench in rear. The Field Deck is placed atop a bubble roof model which with the bubble absent offers a large crawl through space into the pop top section. There is also a front sunroof cut-out offering more access to the roof.
Removable ceiling/floor panels upholstered in the same material as the seats make up the camper floor.
We look forward to landing this extremely rare field deck and sharing pictures of the tent top, which nobody at the time of export had been able to figure out how to open.
